Super titanium alloy legs make the pro dx tripod rock steady yet lighter than it looks. Alloy has a greater strength to weight ratio than standard aluminum meaning the legs are lighter weight yet stronger than the standard metal used in most of today's tripods. From another post I have made I am now aware that I am in desperate need of a good tripod for this kind of work. Could someone please post me a link to a decent tripod that will get quite close to the floor so I can use it with the light box I intend to make.
